You're at least 18 years of age.

You'd like to explore an emotion-focused approach to working with depression, anxiety or other life concerns.

You're struggling with binge eating, disordered eating, and/or body image, and would like to explore a weight-neutral, non-diet approach.
My services will NOT be suitable for you if:

You're seeking Medicare rebates or bulk billing
-
You need urgent crisis care which I'm unable to provide.

Your needs would be suited to a higher level of care, and Telehealth would not be appropriate.

You're under 18 years of age.
