  • You're at least 18 years of age.

  • You're seeking individual therapy.

  • You're comfortable with Telehealth via Zoom.

  • You'd like to explore an emotion-focused approach to counselling or psychotherapy.

My services will NOT be suitable for you if:

  • You're seeking Medicare rebates or bulk billing 

  • You're seeking couples or family therapy.

  • You're under 18 years of age.

  • You need urgent crisis care, you're actively suicidal or you have a severe and enduring mental health condition that means Telehealth would not be appropriate.
