What to expect when working with Anna
Anna begins the counselling process by conducting a thorough assessment, looking at what has brought you to counselling, your current circumstances, your background and what you would like to be different. Working together, you’ll then decide how counselling can help you achieve your goals.

Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) is a powerful evidence-based approach that helps people identify, express, manage and transform their emotions.
